#Infomercial Are you tired of eating the same meal over and over. Me too!! So trying something new. #MangolianFoodPrep. Basically cooking several different things and putting them in their own containers so I can pick and choose what I want to eat each day.
For this week I made: #GroundTurkey, #SpaghettiSquash, #SauteedVegetables, #BrownRice, and #BlackBean & #Rotel mix.
It takes a little bit longer because you have to cook everything seperately but I think I am gonna like this! I’ll let you know how it goes next week.
Ground Turkey - 4lbs

Cut in half, remove seeds and then bake for 60 min at 350. If you are bulking put just a little butter in it. If you are cutting, sorry no flavor explosion for you.
Cut up, saute in pan. I put a little #rum in mine ;)
2 cups of water 1 cup of brown rice. Boil water and then drop in rice. 2 cloves of #garlic and some salt and pepper.
Black Beans and Rotel:
